Communication Management for Engineers

a) To propose communication challenges for engineers who are freshers, seeking jobs, and for those who are in the workforce in need of upgrading their communication skills for career evolution.

b) At every phase of the annual progression of an employee, communication skills play a critical role. New roles, will require more refined communication skills backed by technical knowledge such as graphic representations of data , project analysis using excel, PPT & Photoshop for detailed & professional presentation delivery.

c) Effective use of body language, dress & demeanour can make or break a presentation .

d) Writing resumes at each stage.

e) To build a powerful “image” of the self. – ‘Self Identity – Image Management’.

f) To acquire sensitive soft skills, voice modulation, punctuated by managing pitch & tone of the voice.

g) Integrating basic knowledge of Marketing Research/PR/Branding with Engineering, to present all comprehensive business perspectives, in any communication.

h) Team management & leadership skills help in one’s growth requiring a basic understanding of, group members, listening skills & leading the team. Group management and participation in teams.
